Time For Change

In March 2016, in a small garage in Australia with an idea and a concept in mind, Monique and Marko set-up a Kickstarter campaign to bring their vision to life. And just 7 days into the campaign they had raised enough funds to launch the Time IV Change movement.

They created a collection of cruelty-free, vegan leather watches and other vegan leather goods that promote compassionate and positive change in your life and the lives of those that share the world with us. Timepieces that aspire to be part of people who are conscious about their style and how their lifestyle choices affect others. A TIVC watch brings the best out of your look all whilst leaving a minimal footprint on the environment and others.

TIVC is PETA approved.

All Time IV Change watches are eco-friendly and ethically produced. It takes a lot of energy to produce aluminum and steel; which leads to more greenhouse gas emissions. So to counter this, TIVC decided to make their watch cases from 100% recycled aluminium. Making for a happy you and a happy planet.

They have worked hard to find ways to make their watches as eco friendly and sustainable as possible and we are proud to say that every TIVC watch is produced in a factory in Hong Kong that is SA8000 certified. In simpler terms that means our team who produce our watches are treated fairly and paid fairly for their hard work.

Their vegan leather watch straps are cruelty-free and eco-friendly. They’re made from ultra-fine fiber bundles, high-grade polyurethane as well as raw and recycled materials. Though they share many similarities with natural leather, the straps have a better environmental impact. The vegan leather used also meets the requests of all 168 substances in the candidate list of SVHC for authorisation and published by the European Chemicals Agency regarding related regulation concerning REACH (find out more)

The production process is similar to that used for paper recycling, in which no harmful chemical substances are used. The recycled polyester contained in their eco suede bands derives from polyester fibers (T-shirts, fibers, etc) and PET (plastic bottles). Recycling polyester means reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 80% compared to the traditional petrol-based polyester production process. Time IV Change is proud to be the first watch brand in the world to create beautiful Eco Suede watches.
