Our beginnings
A Montréal house, since 2015
Maison Alltrueist began in Montréal in 2015 with a selection of accessories. Over the years, the house has grown to include tailoring, shirts, knitwear and footwear, alongside a curated collection of clothing and objects from other brands.
What brings these pieces together is an interest in how they are made and how they become part of your life. A fabric you love, a fit that feels right, a detail you return to: these are the starting points for the work we do with you.
The making of our clothing
Our vision, in expert hands
We create Maison Alltrueist clothing in close collaboration with specialized ateliers and factories, chosen for the quality of their work and their knowledge of each craft. Our tailoring and denim are made in Montréal, our shirts in Italy, our footwear in Spain and our knitwear in New York.
We develop each piece with these partners and work directly with you on its fit, materials and details. From the first conversation to the finished garment, you are in the care of the Maison.
The selection
The pieces we choose
Alongside our own clothing, we select pieces from brands whose design and craftsmanship we admire. We look for beautiful proportions, well-made details and materials that feel good to wear. Each piece should earn its place in your wardrobe.
Our materials include wool, cashmere, linen, cotton and animal-free alternatives. We share what each piece is made of and how to care for it, so you can choose what suits your life and your preferences.
Living with your wardrobe
Care that continues
A favourite jacket, a well-worn pair of shoes, a piece with a story: some things deserve to stay with us. Our wardrobe preservation, repair and restoration services help you care for the clothing and accessories you already own, and adapt them as your needs change.
This attention to life beyond the first purchase is part of the Maison. In Reflections, we share more of what inspires us: clothing, craftsmanship and the pleasure of living with beautiful things.
