To help you prepare, we've outlined a few suggestions to ensure accuracy, ease, and comfort during your appointment.

In-Person Appointments

For the most precise fit and a smooth consultation, we kindly recommend:

• Footwear
  If you're being fitted for trousers, skirts, or denim, please bring the shoes you intend to wear with them so we can determine the proper length.
  For custom shoes, please wear or bring the type of socks or hosiery you’ll typically wear with the final shoes. The thickness of a sock can significantly affect the fit and internal volume.

• Undergarments
  Proper undergarments make a difference in fit—especially for structured garments.

  • For blazers, dresses, or tailored shirts, please wear the undergarments you plan to wear with the finished piece.

  • For women, we recommend wearing the specific bra or support garment you’ll most likely wear, as this can greatly impact posture and bust measurements.

• Lightweight Base Layer
  A fitted camisole or thin top allows for more accurate measuring without interference from bulkier clothing.

• Reference Pieces
  Feel free to bring any well-fitting items from your wardrobe—such as a favorite pair of jeans, a perfectly tailored shirt, or comfortable shoes. These help us better understand your personal preferences.

• Timeframe
  Please allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for your appointment, depending on the service.

Virtual Consultations

Whether you're working with us on tailoring, shirting, footwear, or denim, virtual consultations are designed to be clear, comfortable, and fully guided.

If your session includes measurements, we recommend having:

• A soft measuring tape (available at most pharmacies, craft, or fabric stores)

• A notebook and pen for notes and preferences

• A second person to assist with measuring, when possible

• A well-lit space and access to a mirror for visibility and alignment

For footwear consultations, please wear the socks or hosiery you’d normally use with the shoes.
