BRAND HERITAGE

Maison ALLTRUEIST was created to embody true luxury—intentional, artful, and ethically grounded. Established in Montreal in 2015 by San Francisco native Marcus Aliaga, our mission is to unite responsible sourcing, enduring craftsmanship, and timeless design. We began with a few meticulously curated accessories and evolved into full lines of apparel and footwear, each reflecting our dedication to timeless styling and sustainability.

Pegasus & The Three Pillars: TERRA, ARS, HUMANITAS

  • Pegasus symbolizes our aspiration to rise beyond limitations and infuse creativity into every piece.
  • TERRA honors our planet and all living beings; we embrace slow fashion, thoughtful production, and ecological responsibility.
  • ARS exalts heritage craftsmanship and subtle innovation, bridging tradition and modernity.
  • HUMANITAS champions fair labor, inclusive communities, and broader human rights.

Since our founding, we’ve upheld a commitment to mindful curation—selecting materials from mills that share our values, collaborating with artisans who champion authentic craftsmanship, and prioritizing design processes that favor longevity over seasonal churn. Through each collection, we aspire to create fashion that resonates on a deeper level: aesthetically refined, ethically made, and consciously chosen.

We partner with premium mills worldwide, prioritizing certifications such as OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS, and REACH. We also occasionally use deadstock fabrics from luxury mills. Although deadstock may not offer the same comprehensive traceability as virgin textiles, we can confirm their high quality and origin from top-tier brands—and we’re giving them a meaningful second life instead of letting them go to waste. Whether virgin or reclaimed, each material is chosen for its sustainability, durability, and quality, reflecting our ongoing commitment to slow fashion and conscious choice. We know the system is not perfect, but we are continuously looking for the best sustainable options available.

Returns, Warranties & Repairs

For more in depth information about our return policy, please click here

  • Bespoke / Made-to-Measure: These garments are final sale, as they are uniquely tailored. However, we’ll work to perfect the fit through alterations or, in rare cases, remake the item if there was an error on our end.
  • Made-to-Order Items (e.g., standard-sized knitwear): Eligible for return according to our standard return policy.

We stand by our quality and craftsmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund as needed. Normal wear and tear isn’t covered under warranty, but we do provide repairs for a fee if needed

If an alteration is required due to an atelier error or incorrect measurements on our part, we’ll correct it at no extra charge. For client-driven changes—like adjusting style elements after delivery—alterations can be arranged at a reasonable fee, depending on feasibility.

Sustainability & Ethics
