All couriers are experiencing Christmas-level high volumes and your parcel may be delayed, we cannot guarantee express delivery times.
We are processing orders within 1 to 2 business days which are then handed over to courier services.
Canada Post and USPS are experiencing heavy delays, customers should anticipate added time up to 2 weeks extra delivery time if your order is under $75 and shipped with no tracking number. We are not able to guarantee delivery time.
If you are require expedited shipping, please select the Express option (fees apply), your order will ship much quicker but some delays may occur depending on the location, express time frames (i.e.: next day) cannot be guaranteed by any courier, for express services we are experiencing 2 - 3 days once the item has left our premises.
During this time as precautionary measures, couriers may drop off your parcel with no contact and signatures waived. Please follow the tracking of your parcel for quick retrieval once the courier drops it off.
Shop confidently. We are taking extra precautions while handling all shipments, all surfaces, doors, packing stations are thoroughly disinfected prior to packing and disinfected multiple times a day. Our shipping department, while always practices high levels of hygiene we are doubling the efforts.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, order processing is from Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, please allow up to one business day for tracking information to update.
Note: Please note that some brands ship directly from their warehouse to you and this may add 1 to 2 days shipping time. If your purchase consists of several items, in some instances they may come from different locations but you will not be charged any extra fees. This means you may receive your order in more than one package. You will receive tracking information for each item in your order if shipped separately.
Items shipping within Canada or the US are free of any duties.
SHIPPING - USA & CANADA
STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY
- For purchases under $75 CAD, a $15 CAD shipping fee will be added to your total at the time of checkout and may be shipped with standard postal service without a tracking number.
- Any purchase over $75 CAD will receive FREE Standard Shipping.
- You have the option to choose expedited shipping at an additional cost at the time of checkout. Express items are shipped via air and arrive within 1-3 business days.
- Promotions offering FREE SHIPPING with a discount code will be shipped via postal service with no tracking number.
allTRUEist ships, "Signature Required" on items priced over $75 CAD for security purposes, please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. If the shipment is returned to allTRUEist due to inability to deliver or refusal of the package, we will refund you the amount minus any shipping fees allTRUEist has incurred. UPS/FedEx/DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your item is over $75 CAD, you may request package with "no signature" requirement, simply let us know on the "Order Notes box" section before checkout if that is your preference, however; allTRUEist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when this option is requested. We are not able to change signature requirements once the package has left our premises.
Items under $75 CAD will be shipped with no signature requirement and in some occasions via postal service with no tracking number.
allTRUEist reserves the right to ship via different carriers without prior notification such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, Canpar or Loomis. Some brands ship directly to you and may use other couriers not mentioned, a tracking number will be always provided.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
Items shipped Internationally outside of Canada and the US will be shipped via courier or expedited Postal Service with a tracking number.
Please Note for shipments outside of Canada and the USA: Any taxes or duties associated with the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to the wrong address on file, refusal to pay duties or other circumstances where allTRUEist is not at fault, we will refund the purchase minus any shipping fees (original and return) plus any other fees associated with the return to sender including but not limited to reentry duties and taxes.
Promotions offering FREE SHIPPING with a discount code will be shipped without a tracking number.
