Holiday 2020 Update: We are extending our standard return policy. For any item purchased between November 15th, 2020 to December 15th, 2020, we have extended the return policy until January 15th, 2021. Purchases after December 15th fall into our standard return policy of 30 days as indicated below.
Items discounted 40% or more from the Original selling price are final sales and do not qualify for exchanges or returns, no exceptions.
Items on SALE (as part of a temporary promotion or discount code) may be eligible for returns.
All Pre-Loved items are sold on an "AS-IS" and are final sales, they do not qualify to returns or exchanges. Brand warranties are not applicable to any pre-loved item.
If a pre-loved item you purchased arrives in a different condition as stated on the product page, you may start a dispute resolution, for this process you will be asked to provide pictures and information of the item. If there is a determination that the item arrived is not in the same condition as stated a return and refund will be processed.
If the parcel is non-deliverable or refused at time of courier delivery, any incurred fees due to this will be deducted from any refund.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Regular priced merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original tags attached and packaging, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Merchandise MUST be accompanied by the original packaging, tags attached and any "Gifts with Purchases" (if applicable), failure to do so will incur fees deducted from the refund amount or refusal of the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend obtaining a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your original purchase included such fees.

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done before your item has shipped out of our premises, once the item has shipped we are not able to cancel your order and you would have to wait to receive your parcel and process as a regular return.

Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on allTRUEist.com may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment within 30 days of original purchase or on an allTRUEist E-gift Card. We must be able to find the original transaction in order to process any refund.
ALLTRUEIST GIFT CARDS
E-Gift Cards (electronic gift cards) are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with an allTRUEist E-Gift Card.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Please e-mail us at email@example.com in order to start your exchange or return authorization process with a note about the reason for your exchange or return. We will then reply with further instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after the item has arrived at our premises.
Please be aware that some refunds may take a few days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Please keep any tracking information for your return shipments, allTRUEist is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.
*Price adjustments are only granted within 5 days of your purchase; in the case you purchase an item and it is discounted within 5 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you via the same form of payment, please email us at contact@allTRUEist.com with your transaction information.
*Custom made items are final sales. Custom made is an item requested to be specially made in specific colors, sizes or materials not available in our regular offering. Due to the nature of having an item made especially for you, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. All Pelush NYC items are considered custom pieces and therefore are non-refundable.
*If a product is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can look into the warranties for you, many of our designers offer limited manufacturer warranties, we would be happy to handle that for you. Normal wear and tear does NOT qualify as a manufacturing defect for any brand.
*Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition with no signs of use on bottom sole or creases (to try on shoes, please try on soft, clean surfaces), worn shoes will not be refunded.
*For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we regret that the following items may not be returned: cosmetics & skincare, intimate apparel, pierced earrings; with that said, please let us know what the issue is at email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
